As certified Transport Canada specialists we can handle all of your DG requirements including documentation, packaging, labeling, and door pick up.
Warehousing:
We can offer short or long term warehousing as well as bonded warehousing facilities through our 3PL partners.This function also includes
stuffing/destuffing of export and import containers as well as container drayage services.
Insurance:
We can provide insurance coverage on all your export and import cargo. With extremely competitive insurance rates through one of Canada’s foremost underwriters, it is highly recommended to insure your cargo, irrespective of the particular terms of sale. Without insurance, should something happen to your shipment it would only be covered by the carrier’s very limited liability, which in effect pays only cents on the Dollar.
Perishables:
We can provide cold storage for your perishable cargo as well as cold chain solutions for your air and ocean freight.
Packaging/Palletizing/Documentation/ISPM heat treated pallets:
Should your air or ocean shipment not conform to generally accepted shipping standard’s we at KLS are here to help with packaging/repackaging of freight as well as documentation services. We can also provide heat treated or plastic pallets as required.
Personal Effects:
Whether you are moving your personal effects within Canada or internationally ( By either sea, air, or ground) we at KLS can assist with the packing of your effects. For international moves going by sea, we will load the shipping container for you at a third party location, or even drop the container in your driveway, should you prefer to pack the container yourself. We would of course arrange for all the customs and required paperwork.
